ALIGNMENT COACHING

As a coach, my mission is to empower you, putting the power back in your hands, so you can lead an aligned life.

I understand your deep care and believe that this power will create a positive impact.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New Yorkalso trained in different Energy Healing modalities, overall I invested in building a really solid foundation, I have cultivated my roots, bringing new ideas, learning new philosophies, and giving myself more food for thought than ever. Learning and growth are crucial for me, and I fully realized they are a way to make me feel very alive!

I finished my Permaculture Design Certification, I did a few Business programs, some vision quests, studies around femininity and masculinity, studies around Trauma Informed, a profound Living in the Gift training, a Raising free children training, a Global Revolution and the Healing of Love cohort,  took the Trauma Informed leadership, an Ancestral healing journey, and I did the Radical Permission cohort,Death Doula -end of life, among many others.

An Alignment Coach serves both as a guide and mentor, empowering you and providing ongoing support and guidance as you journey toward your aims, make sustainable changes to enhance your life, and ultimately reconnect with the flow of Life.

 

As your Alignment Coach, I will listen attentively, and together we'll navigate the maze of aggressive, contradictory messages and conditioning to uncover what truly works for you. Our exploration will consider your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

 Together we will: 

  • Connect the dots between who you have been and who you want to be

  • Create your personal path

  • Decipher your body, mind, and soul’s unique needs

  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

MY APPROACH

I believe we are all unique and amazing beings, each of us has a particular nature signature on purpose to fulfill our mission here in this life. 

 

I help you see yourself, to learn to interpret what your signs are and what they are telling you. 

 

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your well-being as a whole. It’s about personally discovering what nourishes you, and healing the old wounds. 

 

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert.

 

Let’s define what you value most, your priorities. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, listen carefully to where you want to go and I’ll be supporting you on the sideway while seeing you thrive.

These are the principles I use in my practice:

 

 Bio-IINdividuality 

The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that applies beyond food. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. It is a term coined by Joshua Rosenthal, founder of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

 

 Nourishment 

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling contribution or service, regular physical activity, and spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. 

 Trauma Informed Perspective 

Understanding the water we swim in and are born into is key in generating a shift of perspective to live and understand life in a more compassionate way. Balancing the trauma we carry with the resilience that has brought us to this present moment is a crucial factor in the healing process.

Wholeness

I believe we are formed of five different bodies: mind, emotions, physical, spiritual, and energetic. Observation and curiosity are the best tools to become aware of, it takes practice to make it happen, and I will be there to support you. And this integration extends to all areas of your life.

Deschooling

Allowing space and awareness to our process of unlearning the conditioning we have been subject of that impacts all aspects of life is the true liberation journey.

1:1 COACHING

A 3-month Alignment coaching container.

Biweekly one-on-one sessions via Zoom.

 

-6 sessions: 1:1 60 mins biweekly

via Zoom or in person if it applies.

-Telegram support between sessions.

-Personal meditations when appropriate.
